• CHILD SURVIVAL PROGRAM (CSP) SPECIALIST

Interprets and contextualizes global CSP paremeters. Supports the implementation of CSP with local churches as a subject matter expert, collaborator in curriculum development and group-level trainer, Monitor and evaluates CSP outcomes, indicators and activities

• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating maternal and child care programs.
• Ability to support, train and coach program generalists in CSP implementation
• Strong ability in program data integration and analysis needed in interpretation and recommendations on program strategies and implementation
• Experience in technical writing and curriculum development
• Excellent communications skills

• University degree in Public Health, Pediatrics, Nursing or related area of expertise
• Three years related work experience in maternal and child care and development, early childhood development, pediatric health or related area.

Serves as the primary link to coordinate Compassion’s responsibilities within the local church partnership resulting to LCP’s who are effective in carrying out holistic Child Sponsorship and Child Survival Programs that are supported by Complementary Interventions as necessary while addressing the core aspects of successful partnerships: common vision and goals, mutual trust and respect, shared commitment, clear roles, and managing expectations and accountability towards achievement of established ministry outcomes.

• Knowledge and experience in Project Management (Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation)
• Excellent Facilitation, Verbal, Written and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge in Child Development and Child Issues related to Poverty
• Strong ability in building relationships, conflict management/resolution and problem-solving/decision making
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

• College degree preferably in field-related Social Sciences, Christian Ministry or Management
• A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant to managing Christian ministry and/or other service activities

Assists in the implementation of Human Resources systems and procedures for the country office. Assists the Human Resource Specialist on a wide variety of Human Resources functions. Handles the administrative responsibilities of Human Resources.

• Applied knowledge of general HR principles and practices; working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
• Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills for building support with in-house staff and relationships with external business contacts
• Strong organizational skills, orientation to details and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to manage time in order to handle a heavy workload.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office software applications.

• College degree Psychology, Behavioral Science or Industrial Relations
• Minimum of 2 years generalist HR work experience preferably gained from medium to large sized organizations

Supervises day-to-day purchasing, facilities and fleet operations to ensure effective management of physical resources.

• Knowledge and experience in facilities management including basic maintenance knowledge of generators, inverters, vehicles and physical buildings
• Experience in managing service contracts and the purchasing/procurement process
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Strong interpersonal, communications skills and customer orientation

• University degree in Business Management/Administration
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Licensed Driver
