Jobs OfferedInterprets and contextualizes global CSP paremeters. Supports the implementation of CSP with local churches as a subject matter expert, collaborator in curriculum development and group-level trainer, Monitor and evaluates CSP outcomes, indicators and activities
Key Competency Areas:Serves as the primary link to coordinate Compassion’s responsibilities within the local church partnership resulting to LCP’s who are effective in carrying out holistic Child Sponsorship and Child Survival Programs that are supported by Complementary Interventions as necessary while addressing the core aspects of successful partnerships: common vision and goals, mutual trust and respect, shared commitment, clear roles, and managing expectations and accountability towards achievement of established ministry outcomes.
Key Competency Areas:Assists in the implementation of Human Resources systems and procedures for the country office. Assists the Human Resource Specialist on a wide variety of Human Resources functions. Handles the administrative responsibilities of Human Resources.
